In 2008, sleeping pill sales were up over 8% while antidepressant sales were up over 15%. The Internet Time Machine is seeing searches for Sleep Aids increase steadily. In a recent poll by the National Sleep Foundation, they found that 31% of Americans they surveyed reported trouble sleeping over the economy.
